Supplement I and Swords & Spells present a handful of additional weapons for D&D beyond those listed in Chainmail and vol. I, but they're only statted out for use with the alternative (d20-based) combat system. So, for anyone who wants to use these weapons in a Chainmail (2d6-based) man-to-man combat, here are the appropriate extrapolated charts (note that Chainmail man-to-man combat charts for the various expanded polearm types shown in Swords & Spells can be found in Tha Strategic Review #2) (note also that the 'weapon classes' for the melee weapons were made up by me, extrapolated from the ordering of the tables in Supp I and Swords & Spells): MELEE WEAPONS | Weapon vs. AC: | 9 | 8 | 7 | 6 | 5 | 4 | 3 | 2 | 3 | Hammer | 8 | 8 | 8 | 8 | 7 | 8 | 7 | 8 | 4 | Quarterstaff | 7 | 7 | 6 | 8 | 8 | 10 | 11 | 12 | 5 | Military Pick | 8 | 8 | 8 | 8 | 5 | 6 | 5 | 6 | 7 | Bastard Sword* | 7 | 7 | 7 | 7 | 6 | 6 | 7 | 8 |
